Project Workflow: Concept to Installation

We have delivered architectural graphics for commercial projects across the UK. To ensure precision and compliance, we follow a rigorous five-stage delivery process:

Step 1 – Technical Consultation

We collaborate with your design or project management team to review the architectural scheme. We identify critical requirements, including site access, health and safety (RAMS), and delivery milestones. At this stage, we request a full set of digital drawings (PDF/CAD) for review.

Step 2 – Estimating & Programming

Based on your specifications, we provide a detailed project estimate and a comprehensive programme of works. This ensures our production and installation timeline aligns perfectly with your overall construction or fit-out schedule.

Step 3 – Technical Site Survey

Once the programme is approved, we conduct a site-specific survey to verify dimensions against the digital drawings. If discrepancies are found in the substrate or site conditions, we provide immediate feedback to the project lead to ensure the installation remains viable.

Step 4 – Precision Production

We review the final artwork for quality and technical compatibility with the chosen substrates. To ensure project continuity, we require final design files at least 10 working days prior to the installation date. All production is handled in-house to maintain strict quality control.

Step 5 – Accredited Installation

Our national installation team arrives on-site at the scheduled time, operating with minimal disruption. Following the installation, we conduct a final site walk-through with the project lead to ensure the result meets the specified architectural standards.
