Our Process – How we create wall graphics
We have installed wall murals and graphics in spaces across the UK. To ensure every project runs smoothly, we follow a clear, step-by-step process:
Step 1 – Consultation
We begin by meeting with the design team to discuss the project in detail. During this stage, we review the overall scheme and identify key requirements, such as access, health and safety considerations, and delivery deadlines. At this point, we also request project details and a complete set of digital drawings.
Step 2 – Programme
Following the consultation, we review the drawings and specifications to develop a detailed estimate. This allows us to fully understand the scope of work and put together a programme that fits within the project timeline.
Step 3 – Site Survey
Once the estimate and programme are approved, we arrange a site visit to carry out a full survey based on the project drawings. If we identify any significant discrepancies during the survey, we immediately notify the project lead and discuss the next steps.
Step 4 – Production
Next, we request the final design artwork from the project team. After checking the files for accuracy and quality, we begin the print production process. To avoid delays, we ask that artwork be supplied at least two weeks before the scheduled installation date.
Step 5 – Installation
Our installation team arrives on site at the agreed time. We carry out the installation efficiently, with minimal disruption. Once complete, we walk the site with the main contact to review the results and ensure everything meets expectations. We don’t leave until the client is fully satisfied.
